The Grand Hotel Serena houses a total of 320 en suite rooms, all fitted with individually controllable air conditioning, telephone, satellite TV, mini fridge, hairdryer, safe deposit box. Rooms for disabled clients are also available.

SPA
The Torre Canne Spa, which is annexed to the Grand Hotel Serena, is one of the most advanced and well-equipped spas in Southern Italy. Using the internal route, guests can reach the Spa without leaving the hotel. it offers all standard spa treatments: mud therapy, inhalation and rhinogenous deafness therapies, angiology therapy, motor rehabilitation (all recognized by the Italian Health Service), physiotherapy, water kinesiatrics, water massage therapy, as well as beauty, wellness and solarium treatments.
