At Calaserena you will have the chance to practice all kinds of sports. In the sea, you can enjoy sailing, windsurfing, canoeing; ashore, the facility features tennis courts, a multi-purpose sports field (volleyball and basketball), beach volleyball, swimming pools, bowls courts, archery, fitness area, fitness trail in the woods, and a diving centre. Just a few meters from the beach, the Bluwellness Club is perfect for those who want to enjoy outdoor innovative beauty and healthy treatments in contact with nature.

Swimming pools. There are two fresh water pools to choose between, one with waterslides and whirlpools, located in the centre of the resort, and a semi-olympic one for swimming. The first pool has two basins, a 16x12m one and one whose both longer sides are 16m. The swimming pool is 25x8m. Both are equipped with poolside umbrellas, tables, sun loungers and showers. Bather supervision is available during the hours specified on the signs located in the pool area.
Sailing. On-site X14 and Trident sailboats with instructor.
Windsurfing. On-site BIC 3.80m windsurfing boards with 4.50m2 sails.
Canoeing. On-site one-seat and two-seat canoes
Tennis. Two cement tennis courts and one lighted synthetic tennis court.
Volleyball and Basketball. Synthetic multi-purpose sports field featuring regulation sizes and equipment.
Beach Volleyball. Regulation-size beach volleyball court with lighting.
Bowls. Two synthetic bowls greens in the wood; resin pétanque sets are also available for guests.
Archery. The court is equipped with two targets up to 25m.
Fitness Area. The covered fitness area (with pre-set opening hours) is equipped for spinning, step, aerobics, isotonic training and floor exercising.
Bluwellness. In contact with nature, all the finest and most innovative outdoor treatments: massages, wellbeing and aesthetic treatments for your face and body. For her/him and children too.
Fitness Trail. It unravels through the wood between the rooms and the beach and consists of 16 different stations all along its length for floor exercising or training with equipment.
Scuba Diving. On the small square and on the beach, the Gold Palm 5-star IDC diving centre is authorised to issue PADI licences for all levels. Divers who already hold a certification may book guided dives, whilst beginners can start to learn with the diving courses and the “Scuba Baptism”. In addition, air tanks can be refilled, diving equipment for tours hired and boat trips to Isola dei Cavoli booked.
